We're building the interview-practice tool we wish we'd had. It's early, the surface area is large, and the people who join now shape what the product becomes.
How we work
PracticeDepth is a small, product-obsessed team. We ship in small, focused increments, we care about craft — the interview has to actually feel like a senior engineer across the table — and we're honest with our users about what the product does and doesn't do yet. We're remote-friendly and bias toward writing things down.
Open roles
We don't have any formal openings posted right now. That said, we keep an eye out for exceptional people — especially in:
- Full-stack engineering (TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js)
- Applied AI / LLM product engineering
- Product design with a strong systems and accessibility sense
