Accessibility Statement
Last updated 16 July 2026
We want PracticeDepth to work for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility isn't a one-time checkbox for us — it's part of how we build.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, and cognitive differences.
What we've built in
- Keyboard navigation — interactive controls are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
- Screen-reader support — semantic markup and ARIA roles where appropriate; for example, the difficulty selector is a proper radio group with arrow-key navigation.
- Text and voice — you can answer every question by typing, so voice is never required. Read-aloud (text-to-speech) is an opt-in aid, and per-question audio cues can be turned off.
- Reduced motion — we respect your
prefers-reduced-motionsetting and tone animations down accordingly. - Light and dark themes — both are designed for readable colour contrast.
Known limitations
We're a small team and the product is evolving quickly, so some areas may not yet fully meet our target. Where we know of a barrier, we're working to fix it. If you hit one we haven't listed, please tell us — real reports are the most useful thing we get.
Report a barrier
If any part of PracticeDepth is difficult or impossible to use with your assistive technology, email support@practicedepth.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We'll treat it as a priority and reply within a few business days. You can also reach us via the contact page.
